Fall fun

It has been an interesting 2 weeks in Minnesota. We had days and days of rain. Mommy let me go outside with my umbrella. I stood right outside of the door under the awning. I'd hate for my butterfly umbrella to get wet. Plus it is heavy. I like for mommy to carry it while I walk underneath. Sometimes she holds it way up high so she can walk under it too, but I prefer that she just hold it above me.

Mommy and I made pumpkin cookies. Mmm mmm they were tasty. (I actually didn't really like them once they were cooked but the batter was quite delicious).

My friend Baby Will came over with his mommy and daddy. We played in my house.

Daddy and I practiced trick-or-treating. I just started watching TV and have never seen the Christmas Story but daddy says this kind of reminds him of Ralphy. Not sure what that means. I'm a poodle, if you can't tell.

Daddy went into his bedroom and I knocked on the door and said "Trick or Treat" and then he opened the door and put toys in my plastic pumpkin. Mommy said it was her plastic pumpkin when she was a little girl.

On Saturday morning I woke up and it had SNOWED! Then Daddy had a surprise for me...a new house!!

Daddy and I played in my house all weekend. Daddy said it kind of hurts his neck, but I think it is just fine.

Later on in the day on Saturday we went to a Pumpkin Festival. They had a petting zoo with 2 reindeer and a camel. I got a tattoo of a kitty on my arm. Meow.

We also painted a pumpkin.

When we got home we put my pumpkin outside on the front steps. Sadly on Monday it snowed a lot and washed off all the paint. Doesn't seem like a very good system.

On Sunday we went shopping and Elmo came home with us. He tells stories and plays games with me. He came with a little blue stool but he never sits down on it. He can be a little intimidating at times.

On Monday my school was closed so Mommy and Daddy stayed home with me. Mommy and I colored in the morning. We went on a hunt for the black marker cap and in the meantime both Mommy and I managed to color on our hands and our clothes. She asked me to drop the yellow marker cap the next time I color rather than the black.

I love watching my Elmo video especially when I can wear my hat and mittens. Go Clones!

These are great, Jessica! Love the trick-or-treat practicing. She makes an adorable poodle!
