Fun with grandmas

I am ready to go out in my summer hat! My parents went to San Francisco this week and left me at home. Joke is on them...it's 80 degrees and sunny in Minnesota and 55 and cloudy in San Francisco. So much for sunny California!

Before they left on their trip I supervised some house cleaning. There is still some to do, whipping them in to shape is a process. If only I could reach that bucket, I would help!

I showed daddy some of my new wrestling moves. I think his size gave him an unfair advantage. Clearly he doesn't know he's supposed to let me win.

When my parents left for California I got to stay with my grandmas. It was so much fun. Grandma Betty took me to her house and I got to ride in a swing for the first time. I wasn't so sure about it.

I can't believe she put me in there then let me go. AH!

Oh wait, this is really fun. I love swinging!

Grandma Deb also came to stay with me. She took me for a walk and we found some smelly flowers called lilacs. It's definitely unlike anything I've smelled before.

Here, let me touch it...just have a little taste...it will help me learn...

I would like to eat by myself. I think I can get the hang of it. Green spoon carries food to me, I can handle that. Unfortunately my mom keeps grabbing my grubs before I can get to green spoon. I just need to be quicker!

I guess I'm going to have to get used to not having grandmas around anymore. Today I went to day care. It's fun to see my friends but I miss being the center of attention. Can you believe they want me to sleep in a crib for naps? I much prefer sleeping while driving around with Grandma Deb. Something about shopping helps me sleep! Have a great week!
