Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas! Carson and I are fans of Santa. I demonstrate my support by wearing my reindeer headband. Carson protested and is looking at Grandma, wondering when he can remove his headgear and crawl away.

I laid out cookies and water for Santa. I even left some carrots for his reindeer. I was excited to see the next morning that Santa came and left me presents. I do have a bone to pick with Santa though. He left at least 2 bites of his cookie on the plate. WHAT!? That was a good cookie that I put a lot of time into decorating and he just left a piece of it? Grandma says that Santa gets a lot of cookies and that he might have been full. Next year Santa, you can count on a saltine cracker from me.

MY PURSE! I was so excited to open my purse. Mommy has one just like it, but she couldn't find it so that we could be friends. That mommy, always losing stuff. I got to fill up my purse with all sorts of goodies. I like my purse!

Santa brought me the game Don't Break the Ice. Grandpa and I had a fun time playing it.

Mommy made me a bear hat. You can't see it very well here, but it is very cute. Someday maybe she'll get a good picture of us in our new hats. Until then...

I had a great Christmas. My favorite part was spending time with my family! I also enjoyed all of the generous gifts bestowed on me. As I always say, I am a very lucky girl!
