Swings and shopping carts

Let me tell you about my new fun game. What I do is wait until mommy fills my spoon up, then I take the food off the spoon and put it in my mouth...or throw it on the floor. If mommy is too quick then I take the food after it is in my mouth so I can look at it. Mommy sometimes tries to sneak that avocado in on me and we can't have that happening.


The picture doesn't translate that well, but I am like Santa Claus in this picture. I have a fuzzy white beard and hair.



Can you see my new teeth? Well...maybe not but they have arrived. Boy are they annoying. Mommy let me take her hand and I showed her what I could do with my new teeth. She was not very happy and said "no biting". I wasn't biting. I was just showing.

We went to Lake Nokomis. It was hot out but I got to ride in my fancy green stroller and look at puppies and sailboats. It was fun. I even saw a cicada. Unfortunately mommy did not see it until after she ran over it with my stroller.

They have a beach at Lake Nokomis and ice cream but what I really enjoyed was the swing!


Mommy and I went to Home Depot. Usually I sit in my car seat and then on top of the cart but this time mommy let me sit in the cart. It was great! I got to hold on and I could turn around and grab for stuff in the aisles.


I thought I would try to improve the comfort of the seat by putting my feet up but quickly found out that is not comfortable at all. I had to call mommy for help.

I was a very lucky girl and got to see both grandmas on Friday. We went to dinner. I watched TV but there wasn't anything good on. I had way more fun than this picture would lead you to believe.

More swings, this one is at the park down the street. I must have started a trend because as soon as I started swinging the babies started lining up. I also went down the slide (not as fun as you may think) and sat on a tiger (not a real one of course). I very much preferred the swing!

In one month I will be 1 whole year old. I'm such a big girl! Until later...
