This has been a big week for me. Monday night I started sleeping without my swaddle blanket. That was pretty crazy. I could scratch scratch scratch all I wanted to. I could turn on my aquarium, I could reach through my crib and best of all I could roll over. It was great. I kept waking up to let mom and dad know how much I appreciated the freedom. The only problem is, they put these socks on my hands. My scratching isn't as effective, perhaps I'll learn how to take the socks off! I have mastered how to get them off of my feet, why not my hands?
This is the new game that I like to play. It's called Take, Taste, Toss. It's really fun for me although my mom's pretty slow at it. I toss and she takes forever to pick it up. Dad's pretty quick!
This week is St. Patrick's day. I don't really know what that means but mommy pinched me this morning because I didn't have green on. I think she just wanted an excuse to tickle my legs. My shirt says that I'm Irish. My dad says it doesn't apply to me. Mom says everyone is Irish today.
I went to my first parade. As you can see it wasn't very exciting. I woke up when some yahoos were blowing a bunch of horns. Mom said it's not a typical parade and to not place judgment on all parades just based on this one. I don't know, we'll have to see.
Yesterday I went to church with Grandma Betty and Grandpa Dean. Afterwards we went to their house for lunch. I played with a napkin that proved to be quite tasty. The Easter Bunny must have known that I would be out of town so brought me something to Grandma and Grandpa's house. Fun!
Have a great week, toodles!
